I began training in the Martial arts in1980 under Sifu Vic Payne hold Full Senior Instructor rank in Jeet Kune do, Filipino kali, Slait, thai Boxing. Vic Payne was a student of Sifu Larry Hartsell ,and the founder of the Great Smoky Mountain Martial arts camp, I hold Apprentice Instructor under Sifu Tim Tackett, and I hold Instructor ship under Sifu Paul Johnson of Nottingham England who was a student of Sifu Jerry Poteet. I have been in the Martial arts 41 years, I have had the honor and privilege of training with Guru Dan Inosanto ,Sifu Larry Hartsell ,personally trained with Sifu Tim Tackett, Super foot Bill Wallace, Joe Lewis,,hold a brown belt in. Hapkido ,hold a blue belt in Shirrue Karate, have fought Amateur boxing aso Amateur kickboxing ,competed in full contact stick fighting, fought in tough man competitions,. Also have trained with Nicholas Stacks Sombo and have trained with the Gracie's and Machado Brothers and Master Chi.
