Progressive Fighting Systems

About 5 years back my best friend and I had started training in hand gun self-defense for the safety of myself and loved ones, but wanted to expand with adding hand to hand defense. I had been learning Jeet Kune Do for about a year before receiving my rank as Apprentice Instructor from Sifu Paul Vunak. Before that I had looked into other martial arts systems for discipline and self-defense, but found none of them to be what I wanted. A friend recommended a video of Sifu Paul Vunak teaching on the 8 basic tools of trapping range. I had never heard of the different ranges of fighting broken down and explained so clearly. Nothing fancy, just effective. To be a well-rounded street fighter, from standing game, trapping, ground fighting, and weapons. This is the reason I choose this art. To grow in peace and in discipline, in order to help others in whatever way possible
