Hi my name is Kuya Ricky and I'm located in San Diego, CA. I have been a JKD enthusiast since I was a kid and an PFS instructor now. I'm career military and family guy. My two favorite movies are Nacho Libre and Tropic Thunder. I guess you can say, "I know who I am. I'm a dude playing a dude disguised as another dude." I thought I would kick start this with a "Welcome" post. Here is a few helpful tips: Step 1. Update your profile. Add a photo and write something about yourself. You can write something interesting about yourself, what you hope to gain from the PFS community, and your location. Your location may be something of interest for anyone in your area looking for additional training or a training partner. Step 2. Go to the Forum. I know forum are said to be outdated, but forums are still a great tool to ask a question or get an opinion. Step 3. Look up other members. Follow your friends and send them a message. If you don't know anyone follow Sifu Paul. You can follow me. I promise to follow you back. Step 4. Invite your training partners and students to the site. We are building a connected community. If you don't have a purpose or direction, just know we are doing this together. Lastly, in my many years being involved in martial arts... PFS is something special. So I look forward hearing from anyone. You're already part of my circle.Â
